vbj, the company is in the shape it is b/c the owner trusted the wrong people. it is people like me trying to correct the problem. i think it is too late. remember, this company lost $$$ during the biggest boom its industry has ever seen. it has been profitable every q since i've been there. we are up about 2/3 of a mil yoy. they love me. they learned more about mfg in the last 6 months than they did in the prior 3 years b/c i framed the issues in ways they understand. but, anyway, it is clear that you can't control your emotions and personal feelings to let your intellect through. that's ok - and quite expected. btw, i am a man. i hope that doesn't make you tingly all over. if so, get some much needed help... if you can afford it ;-)
