Maverick, Your last post only highlights one of the problems with OE's management that is the total lack of marketing and
getting the product as well as information about the product
in front of the general public. CompareOE to Ballard, now we will agree that fuel cells are a decade away at least - yet they have done a masterful job in the marketing and Public relation effort to support fuel cells. To say that OCP would add just $200 to an auto or $50 to a scooter is fine. If we are to believe OE there is also a 10% fuel advantage and then we have the added benefit of clean air ---- YET THEY HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO SELL THE TECHNOLOGY.
I can understand that dealing with the big autos can be difficult, but it appears that many of the most recent problems that OE faces have been self inflicted.
To always blame something or someone else, for the lack of progress of OCP seems foolhardy, when the answer is more likely in the executive offices in Perth.
As to the air quality issues - we here in the USA do not know the meaning of poor air quality - for the true meaning of poor air quality go to Cairo, Teheran, Calcutta or Bombay, in these places survival comes first, having clean air is an afterthought, although local governments are paying more attention to the clean air issue now.
