SFC not fight for investors interests on Richard Li case 2001-03-29 11:03 (Infocast News) Some legal professionals pointed out that Richard Li, Chairman of PCCW (0008), will violate the Crimes Ordinance if he did make a false declaration of his academic qualification. Alexa Lam, Executive Director and Chief Counsel of SFC, said that the concerned case is under regulation of HKEx (0388) and she did not reply if investors' complaints on the concerned case will be accepted by SFC.
