Hi Dave,

No. In light of no other input at the time I used a flat
45 in local currency for each market. I believe in the
case of the UK though, there may be some synergy on the
other end.

I have harped on being the lowest cost alternative as a
pricing strategy and I'm very pleased that we're here.

Modelling pricing into each market is a near art form
in that you need to balance a small group of components
where not understanding one means shooting into the dark.

Dilligent work has been going on in the background to
understand this pricing strategy and the 16 pounds sterling
came to light a week ago. Its critical to understand the
UK setup with its small number of distributors and the
government reimbursement strategy there.

That's the 4th confirmation that the selling price will
be 16 sterling - but it may be that the DII side of the
model estimate I made could remain close to my estimate.

Making a lot of money per unit is as senseless as selling
a ton and making no profit. You have to balance all the
components to maximize the realities of the target.

I've heard some wild numbers on both ends as to estimates
of our February shipment size and (as I think you and I
discussed) all sorts of flavours on revenue recognition.

It does seem confirmed to me that Rebecca understood her
market and has developed a good strategy.

Two more for her:

Market launch March 26 as stated
Lowest cost alternative to COX2 as stated

I can't emphasize enough how much I don't give a d*mn
about announcements concerning market entries and I'll
make that really clear.

Announcement of FDA approval and J&J deal - $35?
EPS after 18 months in the US with a good strategy - $4+

The short termers can have their pops and my best wishes.
I plan to own my $4 investment at triple digits as we
enter and own the fungal market. Still the best looking
candidate in my mind for our first billion dollar a year
drug. (I know Mark, WF10 and I'm willing to be wrong
in this).

Wolf

BTW - June - France, Germany among others. Bam! Black ink.
And with that and other markets on the horizon you'd better
expand that plant!

Oh, you did.
