What is an example of a "lenient" penalty you would impose on an American citizen who managed, somehow, to obtain RU 486 in the world you desire in which it is forbidden to those females who believe in differentiating "potential" from "existing," and who believe an early abortion is not immoral and should be their right to choose without interference from males or anyone else who shares your view.

What is the lenient, non-extremist "penalty" you would impose on such a female, were she able to obtain RU486 from another country than the one you would control, but take the drug here?

You might offer a few examples of the appropriate, lenient penalties you would impose on women for these early, ascending, abortions:

~"morning after" use

~7 days (.15 of a mm in size)

~4 weeks (l.5 - 2.0 mm) (which is a little over a half inch in length)

I'd be interested in the penalty you would impose for a 12 week abortion, too, if you have considered this.

I know this is not an easy question. (I myself disapprove, under most circumstances, late abortion, and can not myself comfortably postulate an appropriate penalty.)
