He did a thing that was supportive of the company and its long shareholders, by stepping up and providing a liquid exit to somebody who wanted out quick ... without his action and those of others like him, where would the stock be now, ask yourself that ... i'm sorry, i just don't see anything damaging or evil in his action or my comment on it.
As for cpt, i am very very long that one, as you know ... and i am a little long ite as well, as you also know ... currently a little underwater on both with no intention of trading either anywhere near these levels - BUT when the time comes for each, i will be trading them, and may very well post trades, and shall make no apology for so doing ... this cannot in any way be interpreted as damaging to the prospects of the firms involved, just calling things as i see them, if i posted only fluffy hypey little positive thoughts on every aspect my word would be without value of any kind ... stocks go up and stocks go down, c'est la vie, ami - teevee and i are not running the merrygoround, just taking rides, that's all.
