Doesn't the hoopla around BlueArc remind you of the hoopla around TeraStor and its revolutionary near-field recording technology, Sam? As you recall, TeraStor went through $75M-$100M of Series A and Series B VC financing before it finally ended auctioning its equipment in 1999 or 2000. Seagate, of course, went from being part of the TeraStor team to being a competitor with its $330M acquisition of Quinta, which was involved in far-field recording and which was eventually shelved internally at Seagate.
