David Li says outlook is positive for PCCW (0008-HK) David Li Kwok-po, chairman and chief executive officer of Bank of East Asia, said he, as a creditor, director as well as shareholder of Pacific Century CyberWorks (PCCW), has full confidence in the outlook for PCCW despite it is in negative equity. He, however, admitted that the bank will re-consider the terms of syndicated loan for PCCW. He said that he agreed with PCCW's move to write off its investment loss as the result could be positive to PCCW's business foundation.
