Grinder - and who is going to pay for VOD's overlay - or is it a rip out and rip off? NOK - they can't, US investors either in the equity or bond markets? they won't; Euro govt's? this is the US; US gov't? forgetaboutit! VZ customers would leave in droves for PCS and NXTL. And if VOD/VZ could figure out how to finance it, wouldn't they overlay the CDMA system and wouldn't Q be right there with the chips and wouldn't it prove Q's overlay thesis and the ease and low expense of going Q's way rather than any circuitous route envisioned in the dreams of NOK and VOD. It's still about money, and there just isn't any lying around; the crybabies in Europe tell us so. Best, John
