The key thing for Vans to accomplish in the next couple of weeks is a strong follow-through to last Friday's price gain on high volume. It's failed in the last couple of attempts because the institutions have apparently been asleep at the wheel. Vans needs some strong price momentum to match its fine fundamentals and growth happening under excellent management and design teams. Featured in recent, glowing articles in IBD, Wall St. Journal etc... hellooo out there, is anyone paying ATTENTION or can't we see past Intel, Applied Materials and Microsoft?! Sustained interest based on their increased visibility and store sellthrough should push this puppy back up into the 20's and maybe beyond....... Ted
