CB: We shall see. The GATA gang has picked up plenty of political support, including folks in the Senate. I would be surprised if their case gets tossed summarily. I have no doubt that they won't win, but I expect that this case will sure get some interesting facts out into the public domain. Very few investors had a clue about what was going on in the gold domain until they came along. To me, they are slowly but surely picking up both support and clout. Take a look at the influence they have exerted in getting many of the mining companies to "re-examine" (read, quickly modify) their forward sales strategies. Grass roots efforts (and that is what this is) have been known to become very influential. This gang is nothing if not tenacious. Best, Earlie
