RJC -- Maria B. on CNBC spoke of investor concerns about rising natural gas inventories. Perhaps I missed something, but it seems that inventories are declining.

Also, as Harold Simmons points out, decline [depletion] rates are accelerating in most North American gas wells.

Who is right?
