I believe the H is 1:1 with Dofasco shares, and the dividend is related to what Dofasco pays+ a %, I used to own some, always paid cash div, there is something in the annual report you probable can see it on SEDAR,

Re the others, interesting but haven't pursued, I have seen studies where the only winners on options are the writers, don't know who all the buyers are?
