IMHO No.They are selling everything they can make.I also belive we are in the embryonic beginning of a CDMA device driven world.Modems, monitoring CDMA wireless transmission of all types of devices will keep new licensing fees rolling in for some time. The investors strategy should be accumulation like the big boys are doing behind the scenes. When the cash unleash occurs from the sidelines after the real market capitulation has fully occurred then we will see the real QCOM in all its glory. The other interesting possibility is the energy crunch spreading world wide to developed nations.CDMA systems run much more efficiently using less power and giving maximum capacity.GPRS systems suck huge power and suck with efficiency and capacity.
