Agree Ally -

Just trying to get a real heads up on the change in trend before it actually happens if that is possible. A bottom in the telecos should mark a bottom for the techs. as the QQQ is comprised of them for the most part. Semis have already hit bottom and are consolidating. Thoughts of going long are slowly creeping in, but are still a way's off.
