There's not as much value add in tool coatings as there is in semiconductor thin film coatings.

To find out how things are with Candescent, check their web site--if it's not online now, it will be in the next week or so: www.candescent.com. They are doing the difficult task of integrating all the parts and pieces from multiple vendors (including ATMI) into their Thin CRT.
