I DON'T KNOW WHEN REAL ESTATE IS GOING TO DROP!

My wife had a sh*t fit last night when I told her we were going to wait to get a house until the market softens up. I was slowly showing her the evidence file on what I think is goign to happen to the market.

I think I was reading in the Economist this month about Japan's housing deflation. Something like 50-70% in 10 years. And nobody thinks it will happen to them.
