I am still thinking we are in phase 3 already. Besides other signs that I have pointed out, the majority of the public doesn't normally recognize we are in a bear until phase 3. From what I've seen, the majority of the public does realize we are in a bear.

Even if we are in phase 3, that doesn't mean we can't go much lower from here...
