true. something i have to add about TICK data: since decimalization was introduced, they have become less valuable. i think i have mentioned this before. it is psychologically different for a trader to accept a tight 1 - 2 cent spread as opposed to a 1/8 spread for instance.
TICK data have become more extreme since spreads have tightened.
