Just don't buy VALUELESS stocks like dot bombs, buy GROWTH, with solid FINANCIALS. That still means techs, and the best, I thinks are going to be the hand helds, of them PDAs, the best of that is PALM. And Storage, and right now that's NTAP lower or not, then EMC, so far I have no inclination to jump back into EMC, nor to venture in BRCD or even the CPQ/IBM/SUNW etc other storage players. BUY THEN HOLD, when they DOUBLE then make the decision to keep them, or sell half and play the FREE MONEY OFF THE TABLE, for me, I am currently planning on keeping PALM to $50, and maybe half to $68, instead of $16, or $20, or $40, or my prior target of $45-46.
With NTAP I will BUY AND HOLD until it DOUBLES, and probably TRIPLES, I will keep at least half at all times all the way back to is high of $152 or so. Only a limited nuclear war would change my position. The Economy will recover, not IF but WHEN. And fortunately I can afford to wait. But the strategy would be the same even if I did not have a re-occurring positive cash flow stream, it would be the same, even if it was my ONLY MONEY, well maybe if it was my ONLY MONEY I would put half into double exempt Municipals, because the Government just wastes it anyway.
I am,
Truly your$,
