yes, it's bearish. the Dow Composite chart (it includes the components of all three Dow averages) is in fact ultra-bearish imo.

and i'm already the owner of an extensive put collection. which i hope to sell on a big VIX spike. note that by any traditional oscillator measure, the Ansbacher index, and several sentiment measures one should buy calls here, and i'm sufficiently uncertain to have hedged with calls. after all, da boyz have brought us back from the brink every time so far.
