Creating 3G from a scratch, tested GPRS network is kind
of weird in London??

Similar to the very huge difference between 1.9GHz and
2.1GHz.. more than NASDAQ moves in a couple of days.

But it is not as trivial as doing GGSM-GPRS on 1.9 or 2.1
GHz (no changes needed except one RF filter and crystal)
because CDMA in general is a breathing weirdo.
(the difference between 1900MHz and 2.1GHz is of
course much more?? not to forget 1.9Ghz and 2100MHz))

But I'm sure these tech journalist will learn to copy and paste
in a different way in 2-3 years, nobody really likes
to be quoted as an ignorant tech fool in the long run.

Maybe sports would be easier??

P.S. One could, of course, in London, read the revised
and edited latest verion on "what went wrong in UK"
on auctions, kind of a more practical thing.

P.P.S. I heard UK was going to unbundle operators and
handsets, like Finland some 10 years ago, so there is
still hope.
