The growth in Poke' is over the revs start to fall. But there is cash "$7.02 per diluted share" and in the CC
they said "at least $1" in 2001 but Al won't give guidance - or news. Says Fox came out with a robot 'toon
before Cubix debut and he wont tip his hand again. Cubix and Tama in the fall. Cubix has time slot on WB
after Poke. Best lead in. They own Cubix. Bigger risk. Bigger reward? No buy back. Needs the cash for
Cubix, Tama, Cabbage Patch revival, ….

WCW- who cares. Died long ago. Buyout of contract?

With $7 in cash should give at least $0.40 in interest ( 6 MM in interest in 4Q! they hold the money for
Nintendo for a some time) and the second movie rev's not in yet. Al says movie 3 (opens April 6) had better
draw in Japan than 2. Guides box office may fall but $ in the video will improve. Bigger percentage of revs' from
movies and TV less from licensing. Going from fad to franchise?

Critical year for KDE. Has to find another winner while Poke’ winds down.
