Well, I have had it. I have spent about two months doing every freeking thing there is to do to get my scanner working and I still cannot get it to work.

I have been working for weeks to get my scanner working. I have done everything I can think of and it still will not work. I have gone to HP's site and done every single suggestion that they tell you to do and my scanner will not work.
First, it will not scan....duhhhhh
Second after the box comes up and the scanner never loads I hit clear+alt+Del and it says hp scanner not responding. I hit end task.
Then I try it again....I click on the scanner and a message will come up....you may have a scanner connected to your pc but HP software cannot find it. I clear that off.
I try it again....a messeage comes up and says that another program is running and your scanner cannot be accessed.

I have done every single thing there is to do to get this scanner working and at this point I am ready to pull what hair I have left out. It pisses me off that I call the HP # and they want you to call a 900# to get your scanner working. That is not service in my book that is scamming you out of money.

There is a bug somewhere in my system that will not allow my scanner to be accessed and I simply do not know how to find it.
