If CSCO hits 4 this year, the world may be ending as we know it my friend so I would not be hoping to see that happen if I were you..... And don't get me wrong, I like to scoop up bargains as much as anyone else out there, but let's not cheer on disaster here as that would eventually affect us all in a negative way, including the bearish cheerleaders! The pessimism for the downside is now getting as ridiculous as the optimism for the upside once was.
