Well, one thing's for sure... This European "reaction force" will be cut off from US intelligence assets that NATO currently enjoys access to.

But what about the countries that take part in this force that are also in NATO? Do you think they will be cut off? If not then whats to stop the information from flowing through the "reaction force"?
