Re: Dan Niles He may be right but that does not give him credibility. All of these analysts should be highly suspect. Their compensation clearly tied to creating results on the trading side by creating liquidity opposite the position desired or price movement in the direction desired for a favored client or the firm itself. There is no other explanation for many analyst's behavior or their very high pay despite disastrous results.
