Hmm, maybe, maybe not. Nokia might argue the spec was worded improperly and their handsets do meet specifications as worded. If that's the case, I wonder if Verizon/Alltel could demand credit for the phones. I have no idea what kind of contract is typical between manufacturers and service providers regarding handset purchases. It will be interesting to see if Nokia claims the specification was worded improperly or if they just slink off with their tail between their legs (again).

In either case, it just amplifies how far behind the CDMA learning curve Nokia is.
