STATE COLLEGE, Pa. C-Cor.net Corp. agreed to acquire MobileForce Technologies Inc., a maker of work force management applications, for cash and the assumption of MobileForce's outstanding debt. Specific terms weren't disclosed. In a press release Thursday, C-Cor.net said the merger transaction is expected to close by the end of C-COR.net's fiscal year ending June 29 and is subject to customary closing conditions. From this tidbit, I don't see the positive results for CCBL. This business seems unrelated to what they do. Jim
