Kap, AMD can't drop EV6. A bunch of third party chipsets are being developed for it. What is being developed in addition to current crop, other than NVidia Crush, KT-266 (more or less ready)? Possibly Micron and possibly another spin of 760MP / 770. I hope all these chipset providers will have a prosperous 2001 and 2002, but beyond that, it looks like the Northbridge chipset business is going to disappear. Joe
