Where is the Golem now? Some think the Golem lives in the memories of computers. Others think that the Golem hides in ENIAC, the first computer ever made. Some even believe the Golem found a way to become a microcomputer chip. But nobody knows which chip. We don't know in which computer in the world the chip could be. ced.appstate.edu

How Thor got his Golden Hammer
tyler-adam.com

Thor is the son of Odin and a member of the Aesir, the name for the collection of Norse gods. He is the god of thunder and the main enemy of the giants. He would smash their heads with his mighty axe-hammer, Mjolnir. To wield this awesome weapon he needed iron gloves and a belt of strength. Mjolnir would return to Thor's hand after being thrown and is symbolic of lightning.

- Lokar lord of dawn, great warrior.

Notice how all the codenames relate to Lightning, Hammers or light and life.

P.S. Great find

Clawhammer/Sledgehammer chipset codenames
I saw this on Wallstreet Online (thanks to Neubiene):

watch.impress.co.jp

Golem: High End Server chipset with HT support
Lokar: Servers and workstations chipset
Thor: Severs and workstations (apparently not for Hammer?)

In case you are wondering what the codenames mean (from britannica.com):

- Golem in Jewish folklore, an image endowed with life. The term is used in the Bible (Psalms 139:16) and in Talmudic literature to refer to an embryonic or incomplete substance.

- Thor deity common to all the early Germanic peoples, a great warrior represented as a red-bearded, middle-aged man of enormous strength, an implacable foe to the harmful race of giants but benevolent toward mankind.

- Lokar lord of dawn, great warrior.
