Misheldo, you outlined your position very clearly, and at this awkward moment for a ltb&h practitioner, it wouldn't be prudent to try and debate you on the merits of a bearish stance. But I found one on your foundation comments puzzling:

As to why this is: Growth has stalled and PEs are still absurd since there is no growth and no one knows when or in some cases

Most of the stocks I follow are still growing at a fantastic rate YoY. They just aren't accelerating at the moment. Take ntap, which I note you follow, as an example.
