Much appreciate your opening as did Uncle Frank.

Any respect implied or otherwise is greatfully received.

But I was not clear. Used shorthand.

What I was referring to was fiber. And the message is data or all varieties.

To me data is the future, and that is where Cisco has stumbled in trying to compete - specifically in fiberglass.

And I fully recognize Cisco's strengths, they are awesome.

And perhaps Cisco will yet become a power in fiber, my only small point was that it is not a gorilla there.

(Actually, no one is !)
