The "crisis" of the uninsured was largely manufactured You make an important point about the uninsured, which I want to emphasize. We won't ever be able to have a sensible discussion about health care until everyone understands that the objective is health care, not health insurance. Insurance is just one way to accomplish the objective, not the objective. Best I can tell from what I read, just about everyone seems to think that the lack of universal health insurance is THE problem. We can't solve a problem if we can't even frame it correctly. Karen
