Great post... I TOTALLY agree that having sharp vulture guys involved is a HUGE negative assuming the stock is down near this level... they will certainly be agressive if they get the chance. That said, there is a whole year before then, and at this price I don't know that waiting to buy is prudent if one likes the story.
