Even with a slowing economy, companies will continue to pump money into
technology, the survey showed. Two-thirds of those surveyed said they plan to
increase technology spending in the next 12 months, relative to last year.

"Technology spending is defying gravity," Graham said. "Despite companies'
almost across-the-board attempt to control expenses, technology is not an area
where they're cutting back."

That could be great for CPQ, & IBM type companies. Notice Palm is losing market share & CPQ can't make hand held fast enough for professional users. Appears they have successfully targeted the business community. Now if we could just get the economy to delivery a little good news.

I have been averaging back into a CPQ trading position from 20 down. Appears I started a little early at this point. At least, CPQ is not going down on volume.
