I think you put you're finger on it. The big money just doesnt respond to animal trials, only to human... Even Joe Kiernan on CNBC has mastered that insight. In the cancer field so many mice have been cured, and so few people, that skepticism is understandable. However, molecules that work in normal development are much more likely to give the same results in man and mouse than are cancer therapies. That's basically where my confidence in CBMI comes from. CBMI is one of my larger positions...only INCY, AFFX and SNUS are larger.
