Chairman: The Dow is holding above 9600 support... The Nasdaq is holding above 1800 support... And, the SPX continues to do battle in the 1150 support area... Bull markets end when stock prices stop going up... Bear markets end when stock prices stop going down... Right now, the major indexes are refusing to go down further... Will it last???
