I think electricity demand growth itself will moderate to blunt this, but that's just a hunch.

Right now there is a rush to rebuild stockpiles and to get marginal plants running again based on the recent price of nat gas -- that is also a somewhat transitory effect, but the increased costs will percolate through the economy and add 'insult to injury' to some industries ...
