Do you know what Distributed Com Services is? Is it part of Zone Alarm?
I deleted it from the Programs tab of Zone Alarm then the next time I open
Netscape I got an alert that it wanted to act as a server. I had Zone Alarm set
to disallow it previously and everything worked fine so I set Zone Alarm to
disallow it again. Also, why does Windows Explorer ever have to access the
internet? I have it set to disallow but can't figure out why it would ever want/need
to access the web. I emailed ZoneAlarm the same questions and will report back
what they have to say but I thought the questions might make for some good
discussion here.
