keith, what you say could happen. however, given the massive debt i see, i assign a low probability to such events occurring. i place a high probability to serious recession and if that breaks out, all bets are off. you don't worry about spending billions on 3g when you are worried about survival.

of course, different people will assign different probabilities and reach different conclusions.
