RE: C$980K in restricted cash equivalents.

My guess is that refers to their ELAS stock holdings. I thought I read over on the ELAS SH board that the lockup period was over. (That would be good for ITE.) Since the time when the $980K number was released ELAS has dropped 60%. (That would be bad for ITE.)
