PCCW, HSBC, SecureNet to Announce Joint Venture Plans on Tuesday

Pacific Century CyberWorks (0008), HSBC Holdings Plc (0005) and Australian IT security provider SecureNet Ltd. will announce the development plans of their Hong Kong-based joint venture next Tuesday, the joint venture said.

Details will be released at a news conference at 3:00 p.m. local time next Tuesday. The event will be hosted by Geoffrey Ross, chief executive officer of the joint venture.
