Pat, what business specifically is CSCO losing to Siemens? CSCO has been doing a poor job of winning "real" carrier business forever. Of course, in their business breakout they say how wonderful the business is on the service provider and carrier side, but everyone knows that's just high end routers. And JNPR is ahead of them at the moment. Cerent has been successful, but hardly worth the dilution.

I know you loathe CSCO, but its problems are hardly company specific. And even though they aren't an optical pure play, anyone who thinks someone other than CSCO can lead an industry (IP and Optical) rebound is in denial.
