Bramson sold 225,000 shares, as reported today in the 13-d. The form 4 filings (2 of them) were for directors that excersized options to purchase. I think that they each aquired 5,000 shares. At least Bramson didn't sell the entire 400,000 he bought last fall. It certaintly does not make me feel good though! Sean :(
