I dont know what the heck you're referring to.. there is nothing in that article that says Bush is proposing anything to "help" Canadian exports of lumber to the US The article said that the duty is about to expire. If it is not being automatically renewed, doesn't it help Canadian exporters, who no longer have to pay the duty? Joe
