Jim says the bear market began in 1998, and has continued until now. He is expecting a big rally in the markets. He is more net long than he has been in years (covered most of his shorts in November 2000), but of course much of that is in natural resources. He has not sold any of his coal, oil, or natural gas holdings. Unfortunately, right when he was about to give a few of his shorts, the satellite stopped working. CONSPIRACY! -g-
