Steve, no funny mushrooms here ... only a lot of hard work for a very, very long time. I am the CEO of a small software company that I founded in 1975. I personally wrote the first useful word processor for desktop computers and licensed that code to Wang labs in my first year of business. That was a LONG time ago. My company was recently approached by a ".com" and we have been engaged in negotiations for more than a month. The "deal memo" is in play and the lawyers are charging their hours at an unGodly rate. I have an incredible urge to share the details of my joy but I can't. If you are really interested in my progress, please search the Wall Street Journal for my name in a month or so. Here's hoping that SNDK's share price doubles next week so that everyone at SI/SNDK can be as happy as I am today. Craig
