Hi Bernard and transmission:

The value of FCC licenses on ARTT's books are $370 mln. In Chapter 11, will these licenses be auctioned? If so, do you think Qwest would be a likely bidder? Who else possibly? Do you think the licenses would go for more or less than the $370 mln? What fraction of WCII spectrum does ARTT hold?
