Dr. D..I sense something big is about to happen w/our AXC!....be it micro/macro market forces or something specific to Ampex...something is different right now....

My cyclometer's green light is blinking...and the Sacred Halibut is beckoning (dont have any of said morsel right now since Sakai San in Monterey died and my Copenhagen contact left the fish business to open a smorgasboard)....

Dont really feel like putting the Halibut out on the deck anyway since the Albatross (Gooney Bird) is still over Midway Island....but I have recently received an urgent call from Michael Mussels of SFO's Fisherman's Wharf!...

Michael writes: "Mr. Boots, Sir, I have received a recent post from an Ole Olson of Copenhagen, Denmark, explaining his committment to you, Sir, to wit: <<to provide the oracle..."THE Sacred Halibut"...which has enabled your analysis of the world stock markets' permutations>>...said obligation being passed on for One Hundred Million Yen purchased from Sakai & Sons of Monterey, California....all in the Year of our Lord, 2000....and said asset being passed on to Michael Mussels for the sum of $20. (Twenty US Dollars)...based on the current price of Ampex of Delaware Common Stock...Holy Mackeral, Ole lost a bundle!! Sorta like the rest of us I guess....

So here we are. Michael Mussels of Fisherman's Wharf in SFO! I sure hope he has a nice pasta to go with those mussels. Hey, in fact I know of one!!! It's a spaghetti in a white cream sauce w/white vermouth and spinach w/ as many large mussels you can put on the plate (try 40!)....

Oh...I'm getting off base. Sorry....but back to the Sacred Halibut and the cyclometer...

The latter is now humming...green lights and all that stuff...

as for the Halibut (if the birds take it, BUY...if they leave it SELL)...I dont have any from Michael Mussels yet...

So the market is mixed.
